Alongside my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist in the NHS across Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and acute inpatient services, providing individual psychotherapy and EMDR.
I also work with professionals and teams both within and outside mental health, facilitating reflective practice groups, consultations and teaching seminars. These provide a space to think about relationships at work, team dynamics, the wider systems people work within, and the emotional and organisational challenges that can arise in professional life.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked for over a decade as a Senior Mental Health Nurse across a range of settings, including secure and inpatient services, the criminal justice system, crisis services and specialist services for people with complex emotional needs.
