  • You don't need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people come because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, low, or are struggling with relationships, trauma, loss, or life transitions. Therapy offers a space to think, feel, and make sense of what is happening in your life.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope might change, and whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to share everything straight away.

  • Absolutely. Many of the people I work with are attending therapy for the first time. It is completely normal to feel nervous or unsure about what to expect. We will go at a pace that feels manageable for you.

  • People seek therapy for many different reasons. Some come with a specific difficulty such as anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship problems, while others simply know that something does not feel right and want support in understanding themselves more deeply.

  • Therapy sessions typically take place once a week, on the same day and at the same time.

  • Sessions last 50 minutes.

  • Yes. I offer both online and in-person therapy.

  • I work from comfortable therapy rooms in Shoreditch, Brixton and Paddington.

  • This depends on the country you are residing in and whether I am able to work within the relevant legal, ethical, and insurance requirements. Please feel free to enquire.

  • There is no fixed answer to this. Some people come for a short period to focus on a particular issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore more longstanding patterns and experiences. We will review this together in our first session.

  • Yes. I offer a brief introductory phone or video call, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether the way I work feels right for you.

  • My fees start from £80 per session.

  • I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces, subject to availability for students and trainees. Please feel free to ask about current availability when you get in touch.

  • I send an invoice at the end of each month, which includes my bank details for BACS transfer.

  • Therapy is more than just a conversation; it is a structured, professional service underpinned by years of training, clinical expertise, supervision and a commitment to continuing professional development. It is also an investment in your personal growth, healing, and wellbeing. Life is long, and developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your own mind can be invaluable in navigating the challenges and opportunities it brings. Therapy offers a space to reflect, grow, and build the resilience needed to live with greater awareness, meaning, and self-compassion.

  • Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a small number of exceptions relating to safety and professional obligations. These will be explained fully before we begin working together.

  • That's completely okay. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. If, after our initial meeting, you decide that I am not the right fit for you, there is absolutely no obligation to continue. However, if you feel comfortable doing so, it can be helpful to explore what did or didn't feel right about the fit, as this may support you in finding a therapist who is better suited to your needs in the future.

  • Many people worry that they need to arrive with a clear agenda or know exactly what they want to say. You don't. Therapy is a collaborative process, and part of my role is helping you explore and make sense of whatever feels important, even when it's difficult to put into words.
